When ants march out for any expedition they always find their way back home. Scientists have discovered that ants in the desert, which can't stay long under the sun without dying, use an internal pedometer that allows them to count every step they make. Researchers conducted a special study that confirmed that ants with stilts overpassed their destination, while ants which shortened their steps in their way back hadn't reached home when they stopped without understanding what went wrong!
