Giant pandas are instantly recognisable and well-loved creatures. People flock to see the cuddly black-and-white bears in zoos all over the world. However, no matter where these popular bears call home, they actually belong to China. Under something called 'Panda Diplomacy', each panda is actually out on loan from the Chinese Goverment. Any cubs born automatically become Chinese owned too!
