Did you know that one of the most expensive coffees in the world is made from elephant's waste? Raw coffee cherries are fed to the elephants. It takes one or two days for the cherries to move through the elephant's digestive tract. The coffee beans acquire a distinctive taste by picking the different flavours in the elephant's diet, which may include fruits and tamarind. The cherries are then harvested once the elephant takes a dump to make the perfectly brewed Black Ivory Coffee.
