In an effort to save the diminishing global supply of fresh fish, companies like Bluenalu are using cellular aquaculture, a way of cultivating seafood in a laboratory directly from fish cells. They claim it will by as nutritious and tasty as the real thing… Sounds fishy to me! (sorry, couldn’t resist).
