By adding a waterfall down one face of a new Chinese skyscraper, its developer hoped to increase demand from potential tenants but unfortunately the Liebian International Building in Guiyang has only attracted ridicule. Inline comments highlighted the fact that the waterfall has only been turned on for just six 15-minute bursts in two years because it is so expensive to pump water to the top. Just watch out if you lean out of the window, you wouldn't want to enjoy the seventh burst right then...
