Well, when applied to iconic Iberian ham the proof now is in the MRI scanner. Magnetic Resonance Images can reveal what food will taste like without having to cut the meat in pieces! Producers will know if the ham elaboration is complete without wasting the samples. Great as long as they don’t extend this method to the tasting of wine!
