This octopus hunts on land

As if it's not enough that octopi can change colour to camouflage themselves, are venomous, have eight arms and are remorseless and intelligent hunters, the Australiam algae octopus, Abdopus aculeatus, goes one step further - literally. This clever hunter has adapted to walking on land as it hunts its prey. Stalking the inter-tidal zone in search of tidal-pool dwelling crabs. So there really is no escape.
