In October 2000, a brand new teddy bear was sold at a Christie’s auction in Monaco. According to the Guiness Book of Records, it fetched an astonishing £1,250,000. So what was so special about this particular bear? Well, it was made by collectors' favourite teddy maker Steiff and dressed by fashion designer Louis Vuitton. It even came with its own LV mini suitcase.
