Durham in the UK is home to a record-breaking master of speed. Not Usain Bolt, but Bertie the tortoise. Motivated by his favorite treat of ripe strawberries, Bertie recently raced his way along an 18ft course in just 19.59 seconds. The previous tortoise speed record in the Guinness Book of Records was set in 1977 at 43.7 seconds, showing just how fast Bertie really is.
