We have all had the misfortune to be stuck next to somebody who does not smell great. However, can you imagine someone that smells so bad that they grounded a plane? There is a report of one man who stank so badly that the cabin crew tried to quarantine him in one of the toilets, in a flight between Gran Canaria and Amsterdam in 2018. Despite this, several passengers began to faint and vomit and so the plane had to perform an emergency landing halfway so he could be removed. After that, a sanitizer service was required to refresh the air.
