Eshima Ohashi bridge connects the Japanese cities of Matsue and Sakaiminato, passing over the harbour entrance. To allow the due clearance to the big vessels, the bridge goes up to 50m high with a 6% max slope. That's not such an exaggerated hill, but the angle shown in the picture makes it seem too much.
