Ornitography: Immortalising the flight of birds

Be aware of the lifestyle and habitat of your target species. The smaller the bird, the faster the shutter speed; larger wings flap more slowly. Your lens should be carefully selected. Choose a “golden” time of day, morning or evening. With the sun behind and the bird in front taking flight, you are ready to shoot.
