How to change country without changing location

The Faisan Island, Spanish or French? It might surprise you to know it is in fact both! Ever since the establishment of the Treaty of the Pyrenees in 1659, the island has been shared equally between six months of the year. Between 1st February and 31st July, it belongs to Spain, then France. Like siblings asked to share a toy, each having it to themselves, taking care in their own way.
